Sometimes you just need to get away & get with God. Join HBC Men for a three-day retreat in Twain Harte at Eagle’s Rest Retreat House. We’ll create connection, find strength and leave the mountains together with renewed purpose! The cost is $150 which includes lodging and meals (except lunch on Saturday).

In addition to services each day with Pastor Mark and guest speaker David Huskey, many guys like to hang around the house and talk, pitch horseshoes, corn hole and more. Other nearby activities available for Saturday afternoon:

Includes Dinner on Friday & Saturday as well as breakfast on Saturday & Sunday. You need to provide your own lunch on Saturday afternoon. Grab some brothers and check out a local restaurant together.
Eagles’ Rest is a 3500 square foot, three story retreat house situated in the scenic mountain town of Twain Harte. Bedrooms are shared with twin beds. Linens and blankets are provided, but are thin (you’re welcome to bring your own). The back area has a large deck, horseshoe pits & room for other outdoor activities like corn hole & badminton.
Transportation NOT provided. We recommend you carpool or find brothers to carpool with.
Average highs in August are around 85° & lows 50° at night.
Toilets & Showers
Shared toilets & showers. Bring your own towel, washcloth and shampoo.
Cell Reception & Wifi
We recommend leaving the phones & laptops in the bag. Cell reception is available in Twain Harte, but can be spotty. Some local businesses do offer free WiFi if needed.
