The Refuge Youth Ministry has Jesus Christ as its focus and is founded on two key scriptures.

We're here to administer love, forgiveness, and acceptance by showing the truth of the promises in God's Word. We are reaching the world by reaching young people of the greater Stockton area, whose builder and maker is God.
